Bio-Food Grade E.P. Grease NLGI #0, #1, #2 (High Temperature) H1

Bio-Food Grade™ E.P. Greases are high temperature Biobased greases with excellent E.P. and Antiwear performance.  The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized* HOBS naturally improves the thermal shear stability and load capacity.  They were engineered specifically for food processing and packaging machinery.  Bio-Food Grade E.P. Greases are rust and oxidation inhibited formulas that are very resistant to water and maybe used as open or enclosed gear greases.  These products provide superior high temperature performance and good adhesion/cohesion properties.  They have a neutral odor and are non-staining.  The # 1 & # 0 are Supreme High Temperature Food Grade Grease with improved cold temperature mobility over Bio-Food Grade E.P. NLGI #2.

Bio-High Temp 180 E.P. Grease NLGI #2 (Multipurpose Lithium Complex)

This High Temperature Biobased grease is a state-of-the-art product, which is characterized by its super high viscosity index base oil and lithium complex thicker.  The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized* HOBS naturally improves the thermal shear stability and load capacity.  This very high load carrying ability, excellent resistance to water, corrosion, and outstanding performance in a wide temperature range, make it high performance premium grease.  It contains no heavy metals or other harmful or environmentally undesirable additives, such as chlorine, barium or lead.  The Extreme Pressure performance is supported by an environmentally friendly E.P. additive and the total formulation is Ultimately Biodegradable1. The data below shows that this product is truly outstanding multipurpose lithium complex grease with excellent high temperature properties and good cold temperature mobility.  This BioBased High Temperature Grease meets and exceeds the performance requirements of ASTM D-4950 (NLGI CG/LB).

Applications:  Industrial and mining machinery, transportation, agricultural, construction and forestry equipment, paper mills, conveyors, journal bearings, electric motors, pumps and marine applications can all benefit from its long lasting protection.

Bio-Graphite E.P. Grease NLGI #1

Bio-Graphite™ E.P. Grease is a biobased Extreme Pressure grease specially formulated for sliding surfaces and applications where extreme pressure exceeds the fluid film.  This product provides exceptional performance where a solid film lubricant is required.  In addition, it provides good anti-rust, anti-oxidation, and anti-wear protection.  The NLGI #1 grade lithium thickener provides for excellent pumpability in automatic lubricating equipment.  It contains no heavy metals, antimony, zinc, or chlorine and is ultimately biodegradable1.  Bio-Graphite™ E.P. Grease is ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE grease that is formulated from renewable agricultural plant resources.  We believe Earth’s environmental future rests in the use of renewable materials.

Application:

Bio-Graphite™ E.P. Grease is specifically designed for rail road tracks and other applications including: chains, cables, slideways, fifth wheels, king pins, chassis, hinge pins, or in slow moving rollers and bearings where a hydrodynamic lubricating fluid can not be developed.  An example would be a bearing continually reversing under load in one direction and then another.  In addition, Bio-Graphite™ E.P. Grease is recommended for high temperature oven chains and rollers where the graphite film has been known to perform up to 538C (1000F) and for kiln support rollers and bearings.
