Bio-Rock Drill™ Oils (10W20, 10W30, 15W50, 20W60)
RLI’s Bio-Rock Drill™ Oils are ultimately biodegradable vegetable oils formulated with Antiwear/EP, rust and oxidation inhibitors for the protection of pneumatic equipment.
Designed to emulsify water for improved lubricity in moist conditions and provide extra adhesiveness and anti-misting. Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS’s natural composition, which provides an oily boundary film. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS naturally improves the high temperature shear stability and improves load capacity. These (Biopreferredsm,) products have shown to provide exceptional protection in equipment subject to excessive moisture or water spray.
Bio-Air Tool Lubricants (ISO 22, 32)
Bio-Air Tool™ Lubricants are specially formulated, ultimately biodegradable air tool lubricants designed to replace petroleum based air tool oils.
Because of the super high viscosity index of the HOBS, these biobased products perform in many applications. In addition, these products emulsify water for improved lubricity in moist conditions and provide anti-misting. The natural oily film of these products have shown in laboratory and field tests to out perform petroleum base oils in terms of natural lubricity. These air tool oils provide excellent lubrication for both rotary and reciprocating types of air tools, such as chipping hammers, impact wrenches, air motors, grinders, reamers, drills, etc. They can be fed through an airline lubricator or by a squirt can directly into the tool through the quick coupling air connection. These products have exceptional benefits over petroleum oils in these applications because there is direct danger of polluting the air, water, soil, or work environment through loss of the lubricant.
Bio-Chain & Cable Lubricants (SAE 10W20, SAE 10W30, SAE 15W50, SAE 20W60)
Renewable Lubricant’s Bio-Chain & Cable™ Lubricants are ultimately biodegradable vegetable oils formulated with Antiwear/EP, rust/corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, and a tackifier.
Bio-Chain & Cable™ Lubricants are recommended for heavy chains, sprockets, and cables which are subject to heavy loading or shock loading. The products provide improved fire resistance over equal viscosity petroleum products and contain no chlorine, zinc, or other heavy metals. Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS’s natural composition, which provides an oily boundary film. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS adds additional lubrication qualities to this high performance lubricant. Laboratory and field tests have shown that the products provide exceptional equipment protection at higher temperatures with excellent cold temperature pumpability.
Applications: Forestry, Mining, Marine, Agriculture, Heavy Industry, Rail and Shipping, Pulp and paper mills, saw mills, plywood mills, hoist cables and chains in marine shipping areas, draglines, drives on straddle lift lumber carriers, drip and automotive chain oilers, motorcycle and ATV chains, etc.
Bio-Ultimax 1000- 2000 Hydraulic Fluids (ISO 32, 48, 68)
Bio-Hydraulic Fluids, Bio-Ultimax™ 1000 & 2000, are ultimately biodegradable vegetable based formulas that replace mineral oil based hydraulic fluids.
